hotel calamus exceeded our expectations during this stay. the spacious, clean rooms and excellent staff made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. the front desk manager handled our emergency situation with professionalism and care. we will definitely return when in the area again.

My clean and bright room had central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV. There was exceptionally comfortable bed & an excellent bathroom. Its location was marvellous and particularly good, in the outskirts of the city.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this modern hotel in the Strasbourg area. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and nice touches like bottled water. The friendly staff spoke multiple languages and were very helpful. The breakfast buffet had lots of choice and tasted excellent. The location was convenient, making it easy to visit Strasbourg across the Rhine river. We highly recommend it for a pleasant stay in the region.

The rooms were quite stuffy and lacked proper ventilation.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and modernity of the room and bathroom at Hotel Calamus. The extra-large bed was incredibly comfortable and the pillows were just right. The bar and lounge area were also a nice touch, offering a cozy spot to relax. Despite being located in what felt like the middle of nowhere, we found everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The lack of airflow and ventilation in the rooms made for a stuffy and uncomfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the issue with the keys being able to open other rooms was a concerning security oversight.

During our Thanksgiving trip, we enjoyed two complementary aspects that made our stay more enjoyable. The location was perfect for us as it was easy to get to by car, and there was plenty of parking space available. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was a highlight with a good variety of options to choose from.

The wifi was a big letdown during our stay. It was slow and poorly managed, which made it difficult to use.
